You're Invited! Join Bidyadanga Artists this Broome Fringe Festival weekend (31 May – 2 June) at Redbill Studio & Gallery, kicking off from 10am on Saturday. Our pop-up exhibition will be open 10am–4pm on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, showcasing an inspiring collection of photographs created through recent workshops with Camera Story and Broome Circle, vibrant paintings and ceramics. All works will be available for sale. Come meet the artists as they paint under the mango trees outside the gallery, and experience the vibrant creativity of our community firsthand.

Kimberley Arts Network has been working with community groups and schools on the Dampier Peninsula with different groups and schools on the Barrgan project. When you visit the old Sailmakers Shed over the long weekend, you'll be immersed in the DRY SEASON! Everyone's favourite season! Each artwork represents an element of the dry season, contributing to a holistic experience of the busiest and most joyous time of the year. The women of the Djarindjin/Lombadina Women's Centre are making turtles with fabulous shell collections.

BREWS ON THE BAY is back for another froth-filled weekend! Get ready for Broome's favourite beer festival, hosted over the June long weekend. With dozens of taps spread across the Mangrove Hotel lawns overlooking the best views of Roebuck Bay, along with live music and plenty of mouthwatering food stalls - you don't want to miss this iconic Broome event. Spend the weekend sampling top cold ones at Brews on the Bay with FREE ENTRY on both Saturday and Sunday.

Sunset drinks is on at Cable Beach every Monday through to Saturday from 4pm-6pm. Come unwind, watch the sun set into the ocean, and have a cocktail with us!

Join Broome-band Desert Rose to finish out the month this Saturday night in White Claw Beach Bar!! The 2025 Broome Fringe Festival kicks off the busy dry season when the easterly winds and clear blue skies signify the arrival of Barrgana season in the Yawuru calendar. Broome comes alive in the dry season and the Fringe Festival hosts a diverse range of exhibitions, performances, an open studio Art Trail and other activities that invite you to get involved with our vibrant creative community.

Be part of an event that practically shuts Broome down during the walk. Where most of Broome heads down to the beach for an amazing cause. But you don’t need to be in Broome to participate.

KAFTA is back in 2025 to celebrate Kimberley Aboriginal fashion, textiles and creative industries over the June long weekend! Kimberley Aboriginal Fashion Textile and Art are hosting this runway event on Broome, Town Beach Jetty. This will be their fourth year transforming the jetty into one of the most picturesque outdoor runways in Australia. KAFTA will be showcasing indigenous fashion and art from all corners of the Kimberley region.
